Shipping & delivery

Trend Crazy currently offers delivery to eligible addresses in Canada. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. US delivery is not currently available.

Shipping charges

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout before payment. Charges can vary by item, supplier, destination and order contents. Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive separately and may have separate delivery charges.

Processing and delivery estimates

Check each product page for the applicable processing and delivery estimate. Processing takes place before carrier transit. Where a combined delivery estimate is supplied, it includes processing only when expressly stated. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier, customs and seasonal delays may occur.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting. An address change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Cross-border orders

Any taxes, import duties or carrier charges not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival. Please review the product and checkout information before ordering.
